Contractor Management

CFM specialise in maintaining site-specific contractor details including registration, insurance, inductions and contractor registers on behalf of our clients.

With our eye for detail and years of experience, we ensure all contractors are current and that clear records demonstrate their compliance and training as required.

Building Compliance

We work with you to identify, plan and implement a cyclic maintenance program (compliance and condition) to ensure all aspects of your property are kept to the highest standard possible.

CFM have well developed and responsive systems that guarantee maintenance is carried out in a timely and efficient manner. Contractors are engaged and monitored to meet essential safety measures based upon your occupancy certificate and other identified regulatory requirements.

Building Services

Whatever the size of your site, we are experienced in the presentation, safety and security of buildings and property. Our services include contract management of: fire services, grounds maintenance, air-conditioning plant, planned cyclic and ad-hoc maintenance, security, cleaning, and first aid inventory and replenishment.

Building Condition Audits

CFM can undertake general or specific building condition audits. We have experience with generic building condition and have extensive contacts where specialist building consultants and trades need to be sought.

Asset Inventory

CFM are experienced in asset inventory work in large educational facilities, smaller community organisations and even residential properties.

Whether you are starting up at a ‘greenfield’ site, relocating, or just need to establish what assets and equipment you possess, we have a service for you.

We have invested in a specialised inventory management system, which provides fast and accurate barcode scanning and tracking of your assets across your establishment.

The scope of your asset audit can be determined entirely by you.

Project Management & Minor Works

CFM have extensive experience in managing minor works and maintenance projects. From beginning to end of project we are here to help and can provide consultation, recommendation reports, and project supervision.

Furniture and Fitout Services

CFM has experience managing furniture and fitout for educational, accommodation and office sites. We can provide a complete and professional interior fitout that is appropriate to your property and budget.
